We focus on Mindfulness for life as wereach the milestone finale of Season One of the podcast. It’s a perfect opportunity to reflect on the journey so far, as we have explored the themes of an 8-week mindfulness course together, and how we can intentionally create conditions to maintain our meditation practice and enable mindfulness to flourish in our lives.


I invite you to think about what has really resonated with you and what you may like to consider putting in place or exploring further to support yourself in keeping mindfulness alive in your own life. And of course, I share some suggestions from previous course participants.


Research suggests that one thing that really supports us in maintaining meditation is practising in a group.
