Today’s episode: Is about Resentment. What is it? Do you have some? Resentment is a negative emotional reaction to being mistreated or wronged by another person. With a mixture of disappointment, disgust, and anger, or as some therapists call it, a mood. It’s a heavy emotion that can be extremely draining on our mind, body, and energy. If we carry around unresolved emotions and judgments for a long period of time, they eventually weigh us down and we are left feeling uncomfortable, irritated, tired, and run down.95% of our thoughts, emotions, perceptions, and behavioral patterns are unconscious. We are simply not aware of all the old programs and judgments that take our energy and creativity.
