When Margaret Shilling went missing from the Athens Lunatic Asylum in Athens Ohio it was thought that she was an escaped patient. Weeks later her naked body was found in the Asylum on an abandoned ward. Was she a victim of brutal circumstance, foul play or did she die by suicide?
