Thank you for your patience. This was originally supposed to be released in February but better late than never right?! This episode gets personal as I share a few incidents in my life that had an effect on my self- esteem. From middle school to adult life, looking back I realize that although they hurt me then there insifgnificant and laughable now. At the end of the day I want people to love, accept and respect themselves as I have learned to do the same.
