The topic today is Meditation and why it is important to incorporate meditation into your life with ADHD and AuDHD.

My first experience with meditation ended up with my experiencing 3 hours of meditation, sitting on a Yoga mat and after speaking with experts and doctors on this experience, including Jennifer on the Podcast it seems I has between 5 and 8 years of healing.
