In this episode, we discuss aging as a natural process that everyone experiences, emphasizing that it doesn't necessarily have to be detrimental. On the contrary, by understanding the factors behind it, we can make decisions to positively influence this process. Our guest, Tamas Fulop, MD, PhD, is a professor of medicine and geriatrics and a senior researcher at the Research Center on Aging, University of Sherbrooke, Québec, Canada.
