ABOUT JACKIE
Jackie believes that people thrive when curiosity is allowed to flourish. In her work as Founder and CEO of Jackie Broussard Consulting, she empowers leaders to transform differences into strengths for maximum innovation and positive change.
With a double major in International Relations and Spanish and an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA), Jackie loves culture and language. She speaks Spanish and German. She has consulted for Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits on international change projects in Mexico, Panama, the Dominican Republic, China, Costa Rica, Spain and Germany.
To help teams develop a shared language with which to talk about differences, Jackie uses tools such as the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICSI). With over two decades of consulting, coaching and strategy experience, Jackie has helped leaders at universities, nonprofits and for-profit organizations reach their goals: from recruiting and retaining diverse and qualified candidates, to co-creating more inclusive organizational culture, to developing strategy that achieves data-driven, sustainable change.
Although based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jackie is a free-range human and lover of animals and can be found pet sitting around the world.
