In this episode, Jess and I talk about witness consciousness and how to practice mindfulness. We discuss observing your thoughts without getting attached to them, which allows you to separate yourself from the constant chatter in your mind. By naming the voice in your head and imagining it as an outside entity, you can distance yourself from your thoughts and focus more on the present.

We also share practical ways to shift from being stuck in your thoughts to being present in your body, such as moving around, dancing, or noticing different textures. By engaging in these activities, you can quiet your mind and stay in the here and now. We encourage you to embrace the human experience with compassion and understanding, recognizing that it's normal to struggle with mindfulness at times.
