• Jesus is the suffering servant of Isaiah 53.

• Jesus is the Son of Man in Daniel 7.

• Jesus is the ruler from Bethlehem in Micah 5. 

• Jesus is the suffering One in Psalm 22

• Jesus is the One from David’s line whose throne will be established forever in 2 Samuel 7.

2. The Bible does not save us, it points us to the one Who does. (39, 46-47)

3.   When we seek our own glory instead of God’s, our faith is in ourselves, not in Him.  (41, 44)
