Sheriff Jesse James (Ishmael I. Garcia) calls to offer his support. Mrs. Wimberly (Coleen Robinson) calls in twice about cat-related issues, and Mrs. Pleckspeckle (Luella Wagner) asks Gertrude to help restore her late husband's instrument.
