In today's episode Jess chats with her first year roommate Dana all about the long journey she went through to find therapy. Dana is a student in second year at Ryerson studying child and youth care studies with the plan of becoming a teacher. Dana began struggling with anxiety and depression in middle school and talks us through the different ways she tried to cope before finding Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
