• “It's really hard for us to suffer well because we feel like we have to know what God is doing right now. So often in suffering, even if you look at the lives of people in Scripture, they had no idea what God was doing. It took years and years for them to be able to get the full picture. They didn’t get the full picture of what God was doing in 5 minutes, in 10 minutes or in 2 weeks. So often God’s timetable is so much slower than ours.”
