One of the highest callings in prayer is to use our time with God to praise him. God didn’t request the praise of his people, he commanded that we praise him. He doesn’t need our praise. He simply knows that in order to fully know and trust him as our king, we need to adore him and remember his greatness. Let’s look at Psalm 103 and study David’s words of praise and the joy he found in worshiping God.
