Becca Ingersoll is a wife, mom of twin boys with special needs, and survivor of many trials. She is passionate about focusing on blessings in life and helping women know they're never alone and they can do hard things.

• To stop worrying about the things that don’t matter.
• How it was her turn to step up and stop being fearful of things that don’t really matter in the long run and truly step into what she really wanted her life to look like.
• You have to find your own self worth apart from your children. 
• If she was 100% selfless she wouldn’t have been able to make it through some pretty hard trials in her life.
• Do what makes you happy because ultimately no one else can create that experience for you. 
• You are stronger and more capable beyond what you can even imagine.
• We downplay our own strengths of what we can/can’t do.
