Hey, I'm Lesley. I am a biblically grounded mom of two boys who was stuck in a season of life that left me exhausted, overstimulated and at my capacity. I was just trying to make it through each day, reacting instead of responding to my boys during times of heightened emotions or triggering circumstances. I realized I did not want to dwell in the missteps of motherhood but instead I wanted to cultivate healthier habits.
That’s when I discovered balance by regulating my nervous system. With practices for emotional regulation, practical shifts to increase mindfulness, and creating space for conscious rest, all with a biblical perspective I am now the intentional mother I desired to be.
On the podcast we are going to talk about all things in motherhood, how to find balance by focusing on your well being and how to feel grounded mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
