All seasons of courage have built upon one another and Heidi makes big choices that are only in alignment with who she is. Heidi founded ’Ohana Oasis, a non-profit organization that provides weeklong retreats for parents who have experienced the death of a child in 2013. After experiencing the loss of her own child, Alison, to a brain tumor at the age of five. Heidi shares how this tragic loss did not define her but something that refined her. She told herself from early on that this is not happening to me but this is happening for me. We deep dive into multiple seasons of courage throughout her life and how they have impacted her and putting her best foot forward.
