In this solo episode, I’m diving into confessions—from podcasting choices to personal challenges. I share the story of how I recorded a full episode, only to realize (while drifting off to sleep) that it felt too similar to one I had done before. Trusting my gut, I got up, reviewed it, and ultimately deleted it. I also open up about the Buy Nothing challenge—my intention to go a full month without making purchases—and how that’s still a work in progress.
I touch on a more somber note as well, reflecting on a dear friend who recently lost her son. It’s a reminder for all of us to drive with more presence—slowing down, minimizing distractions, and honoring the lives around us.
Finally, I talk about the energy of spring—how it invites us to let go of the physical and emotional clutter. This season is a beautiful opportunity to release what no longer serves us and make space for what brings us joy. I hope this episode offers you both reflection and inspiration.
