Imagine a world without diets or scales, but where people are able to live day-to-day without turning to food for comfort, maintaining better physical and emotional wellness through eating mindfully - which probably means you’re doing most things in life mindfully as well.

 On this episode we’re chatting with my friend Julia Christine, a complete wellness coach and host of the podcast “Life After Breath.” Julia  was experiencing her own rock bottom during the 2020 pandemic; she was 300 lbs, consumed by a job working 60-80 hours a week and depressed to the point of near suicidal. A friend recommended a nutritional coaching program but Julia was too miserable to care about weight or fitting into smaller clothing.  She just wanted, as she describes, the “happy,” that she knew would come from feeling lighter and more energetic.

130 pounds lighter and several emotional breakthroughs later she went for it again - this time the big plunge was quitting her job and toxic work environment to become a coach and guide others through their personal wellness transformation.
