3. Social-Awareness: It’s 1 of 4 “Emotional Intelligence” components. Your ability to be aware of the emotions of those around you, how you communicate with others and you acknowledge and understand other’s emotions. It’s about having and showing Empathy.
   •       Think before you speak; 
   •       Think about implications going forward and not just now in the moment.
4. You need to consider how people may react to what you have to say and relate to you going forward. Read the room and gauge the emotions and think about how you deliver the message.
5. Remember, you have to work with these people and you need them and you cannot achieve the vison alone and therefore have to create a working relation relationship.
