This coffee started as a project from Equation coffee in Tolima, Colombia. In order to promote small farmers who don't have access to the market, the team at Equation has tasted and selected the few best lots from each farmer to create an Estate coffee that benefits all. These are coffees that come from specific farms and have full traceability back to the region, farm, grower, processing method, and varietal. By breaking the entrance barrier to specialty coffee, this rising tides aim to lift all ships and this coffee is a great representation of Colombia's simple yet natural goodness.
