I am with Lea Dombrowski, a holistic health coach, chatting about the importance of nutrition, and lifestyle changes that can help you achieve better gut health and overall health. I personally have had negative experiences with those in holistic health in the past, but I wanted to give it another chance in chatting with Lea and she definitely gave me a healthier perspective on giving it a try to feel better. I hope the tips Lea provides contribute in helping you live a better, healthier life.
