Diana has faced the challenges of trauma and grief throughout a significant portion of her adult life. Enduring abuse in various forms, both at home—ranging from physical and emotional to sexual—and in the workplace where bullying added to her struggles. Despite these hardships, Diana managed to find happiness and, in turn, had to navigate the complexities of dealing with grief.
Now, Diana channels her life experiences to assist others grappling with similar challenges, reassuring them that overcoming such difficulties is possible. She guides them towards a life filled with joy and happiness, emphasizing that they are not the problem and need not remain victims. Diana believes in the potential for laughter during and after grief, taking individuals on a transformative journey.
Her approach involves initiating acceptance of change, highlighting the importance of forgiveness, and demonstrating how to find moments of play and laughter even in the midst of heartbreak. Ultimately, Diana helps people realize the abundance of things to be grateful for. As the creator of the CAPA Model, Diana is a certified NLP/Life Coach and Laughter Coach. She has also studied counseling and various healing modalities, gaining insights into both the mind and the physical manifestations of emotions.
