Legendary winemaker Dave Phinney is also the founder and owner of Savage & Cooke Distillery in Mare Island, California near Napa Valley. Savage & Cooke also produces Lip Service Rye, Burning Chair Bourbon, and Second Glance American Whiskey. NBA Champion Scottie Pippen partnered with Phinney to create Digits along with the guidance of Master Distiller Jordan Via.
