What an incredible year!!! Join me as we dive through some 2024 reflections, offering some insights into reflecting on your own growth this year. I wanted to share some helpful questions that can spark some understanding of your year, your personal growth, who you are and want to be!
Remember to be gentle with yourselves as you reflect, focusing on your growth as well as the challenger and areas where you need to improve!
I hope this offers some guidance for you!
Question #1:
a) What experiences, people, or beliefs did I outgrow this past year, and how have they shaped who I am today?
b) What new experiences, connections, or beliefs do I want to welcome into my life this coming year, and how will they shape the person I am becoming?
Question #2:
a) What desires, passions, or dreams have I been holding back on, and how can I intentionally make space for them in the year ahead?
b) What existing commitments or activities are currently fulfilling me, and how can I nurture them even further to bring me more joy?
Question #3:
a) How can I cultivate deeper inner peace, joy, and fulfillment regardless of external circumstances?
b) What external changes or actions could I take to enhance my sense of peace, joy, and fulfillment in my daily life?
