When we remain in a state of burnout for too long it can lead to depression, however, Depression and Burnout are two separate conditions with a few overlapping symptoms.

I created this episode for a bunch of reasons; the main reason was to help you to clearly differentiate between these two "companion" conditions.

This series IS about burnout and there is NO WAY I was just going to tell you all about burnout, leave you with a bunch of symptoms and no way to get past them? (I wouldn't do that to you, Sis) so listen all the way to the end for some strategies that you can start implementing right away, to start your journey of recovery from burnout!
