She is a Doula and in this week's conversation we chat about a full range of things. In the first half of this episode we talk about Giah's family history that led her to being the kind and generous person she is today; always ready to help, always ready to meet a need.
In the second half of the show we discuss the driving force that brought her to becoming Doula. She also defines what a Doula is and shares how both being a birthing companion and personal maturity has helped her to understand the importance of self-love and self-care.
