A company, organization, and its leaders should be neurodivergent friendly. 

Are you asking the right questions? Are you flexible with work? Do you get to the bottom of why an employee might be under performing?

These are just a few questions to get you thinking about whether you are an inclusive organization or not. 

1 in 5 employees in the workplace are neurodivergent - so if your goal is to have happy employees, increase your bottom line, and decrease turnover - you need to focus on supporting your neurodivergent team members.
