Are you masking?

Many neurodivergent individuals mask as a way to try to fit in with neurotypical culture. 

In reality, this causes overstimulation, burnout, and negative energy that will hurt you in the long run. 

In this episode I talk about what masking is, why it’s not beneficial, and ways you can start to break free from the mask.
