Cafe Elliott, in a way, is like an art project. It is the conglomeration of many years of work with many different influences from around the world. It is the brain child of our friend, Elijah Knapp, and his wife Ibby and brother Asa. We drove up to Cincinnati this past weekend to see the new cafe and to help our friends launch their new shop in Dayton, Kentucky.
