Happy best day of the week !!!! Mental health monday! When i recorded this i was actually having the worst mental health day and had no energy to record or really do anything good for myself. My brain was so overwhelmed with thoughts moving 1000 mph so all my relaxing exercises werent working. So instead I am going to keep my brain active and moving with a journal prompt from were really not strangers. If you need some help journaling, a way out of your thoughts, or something beneficial to your younger self... tune in xo
