I posted a photo recently (follow @mentalhealthmondaypod on instagram) and someone commented on the fact that I have sticky notes in my mirrors which got me thinking about the sticky notes I have ALL over my house that say REST. Rest of course can mean to relax, take breaks, time for yourself, etc. which is a great reminder for all. BUT rest is also a basic distress tolerance skill acronym.
