Happy best day of the week!!
I have been so incredibly anxious lately and it has affected my sleep immensely. Either I struggle to fall asleep or I wake up at 2 am every night for hours on end. Typically I go on my phone when I am anxiously struggling to sleep but I have experimented with a few new healthy mind distractions this week. In this episode talk about my favorites, what worked for me and what hasn't worked.
