In 2021 researchers from Florida Atlantic University have summed up over 100 studies on what contributes to successful self-leadership towards individual goals. In this episode I'm summing up their findings, supplementing them with some practical thinking and organizing tools you can use to get better and better on your everyday path toward being better at what you do. The biggest contribution to general knowledge about productivity here is that while there are tons of tools that are supposed to help you be more organized, productive, and successful, this research explains how to keep using them. Or in other words - what skills and tactics do you need to possess to get better at self-leadership?
