Description

According to scholars from Harvard University ~18% of CEOs might have Narcissistic Personality Disorder. While new research suggests it can be beneficial for their companies, it also can be just as hurtful for themselves, affecting their mental wellbeing and close relationships.

In this episode I went for a short journey into research on CEO narcissism to understand better this trait, which is, way too often, omitted when we consider development as senior and top managers. If you are curious about:
