Our guest this week is Sarah Martin, an experienced theatre nurse and the author of Dear Psychosis, which was published in 2023.
Her memoir is co-written with her son Jesse and daughter Alice. It describes the dramatic rescue of Alice from Turkey when she began to experience psychosis, and later, a diagnosis of bipolar.
Sarah shares her insights on how to write a memoir that will be respectful of family relationships, and when it may be better not to include something.
