She works to ensure food waste and sustainable diets are prioritised by policymakers. She believes legislating on food waste will help us meet our climate change targets. She also works on land use policy and the unintended consequences of anaerobic digestion facilities. Current incentives for Anaerobic Digestion mean valuable resources and edible food are being directed away from the food system, with potential consequences for land use change elsewhere.
