Description

Sara was my client with her first baby. This episode is to expand you in how to advocate for yourself and how Sara did with me when I was her midwife. Vitamin K for the newborn is used as an example of how to do so.

As always there is no midwifery advice provided. You are always the authority of your own wellbeing.

Correction from my recording, this study was not done with babies but in a lab. Therefore the findings are theoretical.
