After surrounding myself with pregnant women, I've re-re-realised that our culture needs to come back to reality when it comes to birth.
So I asked Amy to share her process of how she prepared for birth and motherhood. She got pregnant at the age of 38 and throughout her pregnancy made choices that enabled her to learn and choose what was right for her. She also shares what she would do differently.
