Jason Lai is a video creator and a full-time management consultant in London. He makes videos about personal development and a career in management consulting. He started his YouTube channel when he was studying Law at the University of Durham and his goal is to inspire and create positive impacts for people around him.
In my conversation with Jason, he shared his perspectives about his upbringing as someone who moved from Hong Kong to London, his creative process with creating long-form and short-form content, and building good habits with reading and meditation.
“Everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you”
