licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Ensuro collects capital in USDC in liquidity pool managed by smart contracts on a public blockchain. The funds collected are used to back up "real world" insurance products sold by Ensuro's risk partners.

Neil is the Chairman of the FinTech Association Hong Kong
