A Northeast Ohio native, Rocco’s passion for food was sparked in his home kitchen, where he learned the art of cooking from his mom and grandmother at an early age. Since then, food has become his life and his restaurants are his legacy.
In this episode, Austin Love sits down with Rocco as he shares his culinary journey, from his early food adventures that led him to culinary school, to working on the West Coast under renowned celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. Rocco then talks about his return to Cleveland and his decision to go out on his own at a young age, starting Fahrenheit in Tremont, expanding to Fahrenheit Charlotte and ultimately building another Fahrenheit in the heart of downtown Cleveland.
