Emma, has had an extraordinary career in the food and drink industry, despite the fact unless you are in the industry you will have never heard of her. From being headhunted at a young age to run the food hall in Harrods, to going on to work in Selfridges, to returning to her roots to be a food concierge. Emma, is responsible for sourcing and providing the best food produce to leading chefs in London, famous footballers in Manchester to also even working with Royal Family from the Middle East. She sources from the leading farms, fish mongers etc in the New Forest and surrounding areas. This is the story behind her amazing career.
