Sweden loves their pastries, especially their cinnamon bun, in fact the average Swede will eat 316 buns a year. So, it was great to be joined by Darren Barrett co-founder of Swedish Baking Studio, who alongside his wife Anna (who predominantly does the baking in their home) are bringing the taste of Sweden to the local area.
