I had the chance to chat with Dharamjot Kaur, a Holistic Wellness Practititoner who realised she needed so much more help with motherhood than just becoming a mother, having mother friends or having a mother gives you. She had no idea how easily she lost her temper until she was married with kids. She knew she needed help. And thus begun her journey of learning from kundalini yoga, family constellations, gestalt therapy, wildfit and most recently The Richards Trauma Process. She was previously based in Kuala Lumpur, but now she is back to her native Australia. Dharamjot's story inspires how the average woman needs so much more than a "university education" to thrive in life. Learning never ends as long as we are raising young ones.
