Relationships are a huge part of the spiritual journey and the process of self-discovery. For those of us dating to find the right match, getting triggered, disappointed, dating apps, sexual encounters, all become part of an emotional web that takes a lot to navigate and come to terms with. Dating today is not just something we do in our 20s, it is happening regardless of how old we are today as we become a more independent and aware community. I invited Yoga Teacher and Goddess Wisdom Practitioner Kavitha Subramaniam to talk with me about her experience of dating.
