In western societies, we tend to think of the Church as a type of organization. Which is fair, it's what it's become, unfortunately. Because of this, we can blame shift problems we have more easily.
But what if the answer wasn't "The Church did a bad job at..." what if we looked introspectively and saw how we could be the change so many of us are desiring?
