Election is often understood as God's individuals sovereign choice of salvation of people. That God chooses individuals to become Christians and therefore also chooses people to not become Christians.
Now, this obviously causes a lot of people to have harsh reactions either in favor of or against this view. It's been the center of debate for generations and probably still will be. Today Derry and I discuss this topic and offer a Biblically sound non Calvinist explanation of how to understand Election
