Firstly this has to be acknowledge right from the top – from
your senior team and written into policy & procedures. This then has to be fed down to the rest of
the team through effective induction processes, training, support and guidance
for this new way of working. Any
interventions, outside professionals, consultants, or specialist that you are
working with, also have to have to onboard with it. It has to run through the veins of the
company in order to deliver it consistently and effectively. So I guess my first thing for you to do once
you have listened to all of this podcast, reflect personally and reflect as a
team. Do you do this? Is this happening? If not, what measures could be put in place.
