Saying 7: Commit
“Father, I entrust my spirit into your hands!”

A few questions to consider as you listen:
● What does it mean to “commit” to something?
● What “commitments” have you made? (sports, dance, theatre, church)
● What do you think it looks like to “commit” to God? Have you ever
thought of faith as a commitment?
● Do you think you’ve made a commitment to God? Why or why not?
Sometimes, our commitments need strengthening. Sometimes we just need a reminder of our commitment. Choose the sticker / image of Jesus that most speaks to you that will you remind you of your commitment to God. Hang it on your bathroom mirror, stick it on your phone or in your car where you will see it regularly as a reminder of your commitment to God.
