The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, commonly referred to as the 1994 Crime Bill, the Clinton Crime Bill, or the Biden Crime Law, is an Act of Congress dealing with crime and law enforcement; it became law in 1994. Joe Biden wrote most of the senate's version of this bill as he headed the committee. I wanted to look deeper into this crime bill and found that this is the biggest crime bill ever written in American history. More people went to prison under Bill Clinton than any other president in U.S. history.
